Sandbox privacy notice

This notice describes the acceptance-test context only. It is not an approved production privacy policy.

Signup processes the owner name and email, school and location details, selected timezone and currency, and the acknowledgments you submit. Authentication and diagnostic records are also processed to operate and test the service.

Verification and invitation emails are sent through the configured email provider. Billing setup uses Stripe test mode. An email address supplied for delivery is still real personal information, even in a sandbox.

Use synthetic member information. Do not upload health information, identity documents, biometric data, or other sensitive personal information for these signup tests. Do not assume test records are automatically deleted.

Contact the sandbox operator for questions or a review of test-data cleanup. Do not include passwords, verification links, or payment details in your request.
